November 2026 Holiday Giveaway
1. Promotion Sponsor
Pop Pop's Plumbing LLC sponsors and administers the 4 Weeks of Giving promotion, a family-owned and operated plumbing company based in Lacey Township, New Jersey (the "Sponsor").
This promotion is offered as a gesture of appreciation to the Ocean County community.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins November 1, 2026, and consists of four separate weekly giveaways throughout November.
Each week's giveaway will have its own official Facebook post, entry period, and drawing.
The opening and closing dates and times for each weekly giveaway will be announced in the corresponding official Facebook post.
Entries submitted after the announced closing time will not be eligible for that week's drawing.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Must be a legal resident of Ocean County, New Jersey.
- Must comply with these Official Terms and Conditions.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Pop Pop’s Plumbing are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable verification of age, identity, and Ocean County residency before awarding a prize.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participants are not required to purchase plumbing services, become customers, or make any financial commitment to Pop Pop’s Plumbing.
Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
Each week, Pop Pop’s Plumbing will publish a separate official giveaway post on its Facebook business page.
To enter:
- Locate the official giveaway post for the current week.
- Select a positive whole number beginning with 1.
- Comment your selected number on that week's official giveaway post.
- Ensure your selected number has not already been claimed by another eligible participant.
Numbers must be unique within each weekly drawing and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order comments are posted.
If two or more participants select the same number, the first valid comment containing that number will receive it. Subsequent participants will be asked to select another available number.
Numbers will restart at 1 for each new weekly giveaway.
Only comments submitted on the corresponding official weekly giveaway post will qualify as entries. Comments on general promotional announcements or other posts will not count.
6. Entry Limits
Each individual is permitted one valid entry per weekly giveaway.
Participants may enter each of the four weekly giveaways, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
Multiple comments, duplicate entries, or attempts to enter under multiple accounts will not increase a participant's chances of winning.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules.
7. Prizes
The Sponsor will award four prizes during the promotion.
Each prize consists of one $250 Visa Gift Card.
- Number of prizes: Four (4)
- Individual prize value: $250
- Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,000
One prize will be awarded for each weekly giveaway.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions established by their issuer.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash through the Sponsor.
Any applicable taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected for each weekly giveaway using a random number generator.
The drawing will be conducted from the valid, assigned entry numbers for that week.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received for that weekly drawing.
We will record drawings to promote transparency and fairness.
We will publish the results of each drawing on the corresponding weekly Facebook giveaway post.
If a selected number is associated with an invalid or ineligible entry, another drawing will be conducted.
The Sponsor's decisions regarding entry validity and winner selection will be final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner Notification and Prize Claiming
The Sponsor will announce winners on the corresponding weekly Facebook giveaway post.
Winners will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the public winner announcement to respond and claim their prize.
The Sponsor may request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If a winner fails to respond within the fourteen-day period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
Following forfeiture, the Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from the remaining valid entries for that week's giveaway.
The same verification and claiming requirements will apply to any alternate winner.
10. Prize Distribution
Winners may receive their Visa Gift Card through one of the following arrangements:
- Pickup at an agreed-upon location.
- Local delivery by arrangement.
- Mailing to a verified mailing address.
Pop Pop's Plumbing will coordinate the distribution method directly with the winner.
No purchase or payment to the Sponsor will be required to receive a prize.
11. Fair Participation and Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading eligibility information.
- Submits multiple entries during the same weekly giveaway.
- Uses multiple accounts or fraudulent identities to circumvent entry limits.
- Attempts to manipulate the drawing or interfere with the fair operation of the promotion.
- Otherwise violates these Official Terms and Conditions.
All participants are expected to participate fairly and respectfully.
12. Promotion Administration
Pop Pop’s Plumbing reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness, security, or proper administration.
If changes become necessary, the Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to communicate those changes publicly through its official Facebook page and/or website.
The Sponsor will administer any changes in a manner consistent with applicable law and the rights of participants who have already entered.
13. Publicity and Privacy
The Sponsor will publicly announce the names of verified winners and may identify the winning entry numbers.
The Sponsor will use personal information collected for eligibility verification or prize distribution to administer the promotion and fulfill prizes.
The Sponsor will not publicly disclose winners' residential addresses, telephone numbers, or other sensitive personal information.
No participant is required to consent to additional advertising or promotional use of their identity as a condition of entering or winning.
14. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their entries to Pop Pop’s Plumbing, not to Facebook.
Facebook is not responsible for the administration, selection of winners, or fulfillment of prizes associated with this promotion.
15. Visa Disclaimer
Visa is not a sponsor, administrator, or promoter of this giveaway.
Visa is a registered trademark of Visa Inc.
All Visa Gift Cards awarded through this promotion are subject to the applicable card issuer's terms and conditions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pop Pop’s Plumbing shall not be responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet service, Facebook platform outages, deleted comments, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may interfere with participation.
Nothing in these rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the applicable laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States.
